Key Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions to comprehend customer engineering and business requirements, prioritizing high-impact use cases.
Formulate AI roadmaps, build ROI models, define solution architectures, and manage scoping documents and statements of work.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of artificial intelligence solutions from initial discovery through design, build, deployment, and adoption.
Establish account operating models, drive execution milestones, manage risks, and handle change management.
Direct user testing, developer enablement, training, and tracking value realization against agreed key performance indicators.
Relay field learnings, product gaps, and platform requirements back to internal product, science, and engineering teams.

Requirements

Hold an advanced university degree in IT, physics, or engineering.
Bring a minimum of five years of experience working as a technical project manager within industries such as aerospace, automotive, or semiconductors.
Possess practical background in software development, machine learning, and numerical simulations including CFD, FEM, DEM, and CAE.
Demonstrate hands-on coding ability with at least Python proficiency to engage in deep technical discussions with machine learning and simulation engineers.
Understand where artificial intelligence adds value in computational science like surrogate models, inverse problems, and PDE solvers.
Show familiarity with deployment patterns including SaaS, VPC, and on-premises, along with security, compliance, and agile methodologies.
