Role Overview

Mistral AI is looking for an AI Deployment Strategist to join the Solutions team based in Madrid, with remote work flexibility available. This position suits professionals who want to bridge business strategy and hands-on technology by helping enterprise clients successfully adopt artificial intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead workshops with executives to pinpoint business challenges and craft tailored AI adoption roadmaps.
Partner with account executives to build business cases, quantify return on investment, and align technologies with client goals.
Design comprehensive AI architectures by integrating Mistral models into client workflows and technical infrastructure.
Coordinate with the Applied AI team to build, test, and launch production-ready AI systems that scale.
Manage pilot programs and proofs-of-value to demonstrate technology potential and secure full-scale rollouts.
Act as a trusted advisor to track key performance metrics and spot opportunities for account expansion.
Relay customer feedback internally to guide research and product updates while traveling thirty to sixty percent of the time for client relationship building.

Requirements

Bring at least two years of professional background in a client-facing, strategic, and technical capacity such as data science consulting, technical sales, or value engineering.
Hold a relevant academic degree in a scientific discipline like Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
Possess foundational understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science to advise both technical and business audiences.
Demonstrate practical experience creating and launching AI software using languages like Python or JavaScript.
Exhibit robust business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and executive presence capable of influencing senior stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies and sales qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC.
