The AI Content Lead is a founding, hands-on position at AI for a remote professional in the United States. This role suits a hybrid creator and growth marketer who wants to build and run a high-output content engine from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Produce a high volume of content across multiple formats, including short-form video, long-form YouTube, static and video ads, LinkedIn posts, written pieces, landing page collateral, and email creative.
Build repeatable systems and workflows using AI tooling, templates, freelancers, and repurposing pipelines to scale output efficiently.
Run and optimize paid advertisements directly on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit by launching campaigns, analyzing data, testing variations, and scaling winners.
Transform raw materials such as product stories, customer wins, founder point of view, and data insights into native, on-brand content.
Move fast and ship daily, using volume and rapid iteration as a core advantage.

Requirements

Bring direct experience as a creator, growth marketer, and operator who has personally produced content and run the associated ads.
Demonstrate a track record of shipping high-volume, human-first content across multiple formats that positively impacted business metrics.
Possess hands-on paid media experience across Meta, LinkedIn, and similar platforms to independently build campaigns and analyze performance data.
Be AI-native by default, instinctively using AI tools to produce, repurpose, and scale content end-to-end without relying on agencies or design teams.
Act as a systems builder who thinks in workflows and pipelines rather than one-off deliverables.
Maintain a founder mentality with the readiness to build a function from the ground up.
Understand the B2B e-commerce and direct-to-consumer operator audience and speak their language natively.
