AI Architect
About this role
You will design target-state architectures and reusable patterns for agentic AI, build integrations connecting priority sources to an Azure foundation, and guide engineers through hands-on delivery. Capco needs an AI Architect in the Czech Republic to support client data-platform delivery within regulated financial services, translating functional requirements into scalable systems. You will collaborate closely with business, IT, and risk management teams to shape governance frameworks, oversee MLOps lifecycles, and enable Microsoft Copilot capabilities.

What you will do
- Translate ambiguous business needs and functional requirements into target architectures, roadmaps, and scalable implementation strategies.
- Design target architectures and reusable patterns for agentic AI, incorporating memory, tools, data access, and governed data platforms.
- Oversee AI and MLOps lifecycle capabilities, including monitoring, tracing, evaluation, operational readiness, and production deployment.
- Define API-first and MCP-based integration patterns to ensure secure access to data and services through project gateways.
- Evolve AI governance, risk, security, and guardrail requirements in partnership with risk management and compliance teams.
- Support the enablement of Microsoft Copilot Cowork, Agent Mode, Agent Builder, and Copilot Studio according to the target architecture.
What you need
- Several years of professional experience in the architecture and delivery of artificial intelligence solutions within financial services.
- Strong practical understanding of Azure AI Foundry and Databricks alongside governed data platform mechanics.
- Hands-on operational experience with Microsoft Copilot capabilities, Power BI, and agentic AI architecture patterns.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol and API-first development practices for securing enterprise application integrations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of AI governance, risk, access control, and data protection considerations for high-impact use cases.
- Professional fluency in English with effective communication skills for collaborating with senior stakeholders.
