About this role
Managing ERP-related master data objects and overseeing the master data lifecycle forms the core daily routine for this position at CoreWeave. Operating as the first dedicated data governance team member, the individual will build and scale data processes, own finance data dictionaries, and contribute to automation and cross-functional enhancement initiatives.
Candidates joining the finance organization will tackle complex operational support while helping streamline data workflows and compliance monitoring. What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and publish data governance policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines for master data domains.
- Maintain the business glossary and data dictionary for key finance master data objects.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline master data requests, approvals, and maintenance of workflows.
- Monitor compliance with governance policies and escalate issues as needed.
- Perform data profiling, quality assessment, and KPI reporting on governance metrics, and support root cause analysis.
- Facilitate governance council or data stewardship councils with cross-functional teams.
What you need
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bring three to five or more years of data analysis experience with hands-on background in master data management, data governance, or data analysis within a Finance organization at a publicly listed company.
- Demonstrate experience developing and enforcing data standards, policies, and procedures across cross-functional teams in a SOX-compliant environment.
- Exhibit excellent organizational and time-management skills alongside a builder mindset focused on delivering scalable and reliable solutions.
- Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with agility in the face of ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Supported system implementations, migrations, and re-architecture of an ERP system such as NetSuite, S/4 HANA, or Oracle.
- Brought project management experience with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrated finance systems, utilized data querying tools, and demonstrated familiarity with data catalog and metadata management platforms.

The base salary range is $115,000 to $153,000. The starting salary is determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location.
