Based in Dubai, this full-time role involves steering complete sales lifecycles from initial outbound prospecting to final contract execution. The candidate will coordinate closely with internal technical, legal, and implementation specialists to deliver tailored artificial intelligence solutions to major organizational clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire sales pipeline by executing strategic outbound prospecting and handling qualified inbound leads within the public sector.
Guide prospective clients through the Proof of Concept phase to validate the value proposition and secure long-term contracts.
Serve as the primary external point of contact, orchestrating discussions across customer engineering, product, and commercial divisions at both operational and C-level tiers.
Direct all customer negotiations from start to finish alongside the legal and implementation units.
Build and nurture lasting connections with senior decision-makers, innovation leaders, and executive stakeholders.
Translate complex technical product features into clear business value for clients while partnering with technical staff during pre-sales, deployment, and post-deployment.
Gather insights from client interactions and share them internally to help shape product development and priorities.

Requirements

Seven to ten years of professional experience in enterprise sales or consultative selling within the public sector, preferably involving complex technical products.
A Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Business, or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrable background working within the artificial intelligence ecosystem, data space, or infrastructure sector.
Previous tenure at a rapidly expanding startup, with a preference for deep-tech environments.
Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation capabilities with fluency in English.
Strong technical aptitude to navigate fast-changing products and lead technical conversations.
