The Account Director, Public Sector (DHS) position at TRM Labs is a remote, full-time territory ownership role based in the United States designed for an experienced federal seller. This professional will manage and expand the company footprint across the Department of Homeland Security and adjacent United States National Security accounts, focusing heavily on federal law enforcement cyber missions. It is an ideal opportunity for a self-sufficient candidate who can independently drive pipeline growth and serve as a trusted liaison for federal investigators.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the named United States law enforcement liaison and primary point of contact between TRM Labs and contracting officers or cyber investigators.
Build and own pipeline across Department of Homeland Security components such as CISA, USSS, HSI, ICE, and CBP, mapping the assigned territory within the first 30 days and achieving robust pipeline coverage.
Manage end-to-end federal sales cycles encompassing discovery, technical evaluation, procurement, and closing without administrative hand-holding.
Leverage federal procurement vehicles and contract types seamlessly, including GWACs, BPAs, IDIQs, GSA Schedules, CIO-SP3, SEWP, and Alliant 2.
Integrate artificial intelligence tools like Claude and ChatGPT into daily workflows for prospecting and outbound activities to reclaim hours for direct customer engagement.
Position artificial intelligence and blockchain intelligence products as critical platforms for combating illicit finance, handling sanctions enforcement, and executing cyber disruption missions in collaboration with internal technical and policy teams.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of Federal SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of net new Annual Recurring Revenue attainment within Department of Homeland Security components, law enforcement, or national security agencies.
Demonstrated proficiency in navigating complex federal procurement vehicles and Federal Acquisition Regulation-based contracting.
Strong executive presence capable of engaging effectively at the Senior Executive Service level and above with consultative selling expertise.
Demonstrated daily fluency in using artificial intelligence tools for account research, outbound communication, prospecting, and reporting.

Nice to Have

Existing professional relationships with the Department of Homeland Security, CISA, USSS, HSI, ICE, and CBP mission sets.
Active United States Government Security Clearance, with Secret as a minimum and Top Secret or TS-SCI serving as a strong plus.
Domain expertise in cryptocurrency, blockchain, anti-money laundering, digital forensics, incident response, or financial-crime investigations.
