What you will do
- Develop deep expertise in Cognite Data Fusion and the broader product portfolio to serve as a technical subject matter expert within the Academy team.
- Design and create technical training assets including self-paced e-learning courses, instructor-led training, hands-on exercises, and technical documentation.
- Utilize modern content-authoring technologies and AI-powered tools to build engaging video-based learning and interactive digital activities.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person instructor-led training programs, bootcamps, and workshops for various technical audiences.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success to identify knowledge gaps and align training content with real-world implementation practices.
- Travel internationally or regionally for training events for approximately up to 25% of the time.
What you need
- Hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Possess 2 or more years of professional experience in a technical role such as Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Software Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
- Demonstrate the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and learner-friendly content.
- Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills suitable for delivering training to technical professionals.
- Show comfort working hands-on with technology and continuously learning new products and platforms.
