To support its product development, Spara is building out its engineering team with open roles for a Senior AI Engineer and a Staff AI Engineer. These positions are based in New York City with remote options available. The available roles call for senior engineering talent with experience working with large language models, retrieval, ranking, response generation, and evaluation systems, utilizing a modern tech stack that includes Python, FastAPI, React, TypeScript, and Postgres with pgvector.
