GameChanger

GameChanger builds a youth sports mobile and web application that provides live streaming, scorekeeping, team management, scheduling, and messaging tools for coaches, players, families, and fans. The company serves millions of users across sports like baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, and soccer, helping communities stay connected to youth athletic events through features like box scores and highlight clips.

In its technical initiatives, GameChanger works on video streaming infrastructure and is establishing an AI Enablement team. This AI team focuses on building AI-powered developer tooling, agentic workflows, and shared capabilities such as AI-assisted code review, testing, validation, and issue triage to help engineering teams accelerate software development.

The open roles indicate that GameChanger is building engineering teams at senior and staff levels, including a Senior AI Engineer, a Senior Engineering Manager for Video Enablement, and a Staff Software Engineer for Video Enablement. These positions are remote-first roles based in the United States, supporting the company's distributed technology workforce while maintaining corporate roots in New York City.
