DoorDash Labs is an organizational unit within DoorDash focused on the design and development of autonomous delivery robots and associated autonomy solutions from the ground up. At the Mexico City operations site in Coyoacán, the team maintains specialized technical support infrastructure to oversee the autonomous delivery fleet. This includes managing daily troubleshooting workflows, fleet-level software monitoring, escalation management, and cross-functional execution alongside engineering and robot operations groups. The division incorporates artificial intelligence technologies and machine-learning-enabled capabilities into standard operational workflows to enhance fleet reliability, improve technical decision-making, and support ongoing organizational growth.
