Role Overview

EverAI seeks a Trust & Safety Product Manager to lead product and technical delivery for compliance and safety initiatives across platform offerings. This newly created position operates within the product team and collaborates directly with the chief technology officer and legal and safety lead. The platform accommodates lawful adult content, requiring careful navigation of sensitive and context-dependent topics.

Key Responsibilities

Translate safety policies, legal regulations, incident findings, and user feedback into clear product requirements, acceptance criteria, and engineering tasks.
Manage product improvements for internal moderation technology, including the proprietary EverGuard large language model.
Oversee the technical and product lifecycle for third-party safety partnerships from evaluation to rollout.
Establish monitoring dashboards and recurring quality assurance procedures to proactively identify emerging issues.
Conduct red teaming and adversarial testing to evaluate how safeguards respond to deliberate misuse and edge cases.
Run dedicated trust and safety reviews for new product features and material modifications.
Coordinate product and engineering responses to significant safety incidents alongside support and policy colleagues.

Requirements

Experience making data-driven product decisions using A/B tests, experiments, data deep-dives, or user research to align with legal and ethical standards.
Practical understanding of content moderation, automation, machine learning, human review, and user reporting.
Professional background working closely with trust, safety, and compliance requirements for consumer products.
Strong collaborative communication skills with fluency in English.
Complete fluency in working with and leveraging artificial intelligence tools.
Ability to independently handle discussions and testing for third-party compliance and safety integrations.
Comfort operating autonomously in ambiguous environments without waiting for complete briefs.
Comfort building products based on uncensored models and content.

Nice to Have

Previous legal or compliance education.
Professional experience or interest in artificial intelligence.
Experience with consumer-facing features in entertainment or gaming industries.
