Collaborate closely with engineering leaders to establish hiring strategies and precise role requirements.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire to refine the overall process.
Maintain high candidate satisfaction throughout the interview journey.
Refine structured technical interview pipelines and assist with new hire onboarding.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's degree.
Bring a minimum of five years of experience recruiting for technical positions, specifically targeting AI, machine learning, embedded systems, and hardware engineering within rapidly expanding startups.
Demonstrate a strong history of sourcing passive candidates for difficult-to-fill engineering positions.
Show proficiency using applicant tracking systems and professional recruiting tools such as Lever, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Possess exceptional interpersonal skills to build trusting partnerships and offer strategic hiring advice to stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Possess a thorough grasp of the artificial intelligence and hardware talent markets, including recruiting electrical and mechanical engineers alongside machine learning researchers.
Bring past experience as an early or founding recruiting team member at a startup, having established infrastructure and hiring processes from the ground up.
