Role Overview

Intrinsic is hiring a Technical Program Manager for Robotics Solution Delivery to work in Mountain View, California. The professional in this position will direct the deployment of advanced automation systems and robotic products to external partners and clients. The individual will coordinate project execution, handle resource allocations, and travel domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional groups to bring advanced automation tools and robotic products to clients and partners.
Establish consensus on project scope, timelines, quality, feasibility, and risk management.
Drive clarity during operational changes by explaining the rationale, decision-making process, and specific adjustments.
Maintain current delivery statuses and oversee risk mitigation strategies.
Control delivery budgets, covering costs and resource distribution.
Implement established operational standards and gather feedback to scale delivery practices.
Deliver status briefings to leadership and request guidance when necessary.

Requirements

Background in utilizing standard technical program and project management methods within ambiguous environments.
Capability to align competing constraints using critical thinking.
Track record of managing external collaborative projects from initiation to completion.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities for interactions with external partners.
Experience navigating international cultural nuances and forming global relationships.
Master of Science in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

Background in robotic-automation specialized technical program management.
Knowledge of conventional robotics, automation systems, mechatronic systems engineering, and functional safety.
Familiarity with machine learning, computer vision, automated motion planning, and reactive sensor control.
Prior experience in the machine tending automation domain.
Proficiency in writing and speaking German.
