  • Design and build custom internal tools, integrations, and workflow automations while adhering to security and compliance standards.
  • Prototype emerging technologies and evaluate technical feasibility and business value before scaling investments.
  • Build AI-enabled workflows and applications utilizing large language models, APIs, retrieval techniques, and agents.
  • Define technical requirements, system architecture, data flows, and testing plans for newly developed solutions.
  • Collaborate with information security and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and data governance.

What you need

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a technical field or possess equivalent professional experience.
  • Bring at least six years of professional background in technical product management, software development, solutions engineering, or systems integration.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience designing and delivering technical solutions independently from requirements to production support.

  • Show working knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language like JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
  • Understand software development concepts, system architecture, data flows, and application integrations.
  • Exhibit strong project management abilities to handle multiple concurrent initiatives and rapidly changing priorities.
