Role Overview

The Technical Operations Manager will direct teams within Design, Warehouse, Assembly, and Service Coordination while steering the transition toward AI-driven processes. This position requires regular in-person presence at the operational site in Wrocław, Poland, with an office and remote split determined during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

Guide, mentor, and build teams across Design, Warehouse, Assembly, and Service Coordination.
Evaluate operational performance using metrics focused on costs, speed, scale, and quality.
Create and execute process enhancements, automations, and AI-powered workflows.
Oversee improvement initiatives from the initial concept through to final deployment.
Establish KPIs and develop reporting mechanisms to monitor them.
Collaborate closely with the CEO on strategic company development priorities.

Requirements

Three or more years of background in a tech company, technical product management, technical operations, or a comparable capacity.
Technical familiarity that includes daily use of AI tools and an engineering mindset.
Analytical capability involving data work through Excel, SQL, BI tools, or similar platforms.
Demonstrated history of scaling processes, improving workflows, and managing end-to-end projects.
Practical, hands-on approach that involves performing tasks directly rather than solely delegating.
Communication abilities sufficient to lead a team while remaining directly involved in daily tasks.
Financial competence regarding operational budgets and costs.
Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in Polish or German.
