E2B is hiring a full-time Technical Copywriter to be based in the San Francisco office. This role involves translating intricate engineering concepts into clear, precise content for developers building artificial intelligence agents.

Key Responsibilities

Transform priorities from marketing leadership into published content by moving ideas from initial drafts through technical reviews.

Write comparison, migration, and integration pages to help developers understand E2B's market fit and adoption process.

Produce technically credible explainers by interviewing engineers, reviewing documentation, and examining code.

Create customer case studies by partnering with account owners and customers for interviews, drafts, and approvals.

Edit specialist freelance contributions to maintain strict standards of accuracy, structure, and tone.

Operate inside an experiment loop by shipping content against defined hypotheses, target metrics, and review dates.

Build a predictable technical review process with the Engineering and Marketing teams to minimize correctness rewrites.

Measure execution quality by tracking publishing cadence, technical accuracy, and turnaround times.

Requirements

Possess 2 to 5 years of experience writing technical content for developers, APIs, infrastructure products, or developer tools.

Present a portfolio showcasing clear, accurate writing about complex technical offerings, including migration guides or technical case studies.

Demonstrate enough technical fluency to read code, interview engineers, understand APIs, and spot errors.

Apply strong editorial judgment to convert imperfect briefs into clean, useful material without inventing claims.

Maintain speed and consistency while managing multiple writing pieces across a committed publishing cadence.

Accept feedback without friction and allow performance data to guide content strategies.

Exhibit excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Background writing about AI agents, model infrastructure, sandboxes, cloud infrastructure, open-source software, or usage-based SaaS.

Practical experience with developer documentation, APIs, SDKs, command-line tools, or code samples.

Background managing freelance writers or editing technical work from subject-matter experts.

Familiarity with SEO, answer-engine optimization, content experimentation, or conversion-focused technical pages.

Knowledge of the AI-agent ecosystem, such as agent frameworks, model providers, and sandboxes.

Experience generating customer stories from technical interviews and handling external approval cycles.
