Technical Account Manager (AI Driven) - Curveglass
About this role
Curveglass builds a flight-level correction layer for airline revenue management, utilizing advanced data science and modeling to help airlines make better decisions. Operating directly inside each airline's cloud environment, the product combines a common Core with a client-specific Adapter to handle web applications, APIs, data integrations, and business rules.
This technical account manager role owns the end-to-end technical implementation of Curveglass for airline clients. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client-specific Adapter code, working across frontend and backend systems, integrating data and infrastructure, and deploying the software within client cloud environments. The person in this position will also communicate directly with clients to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, analyze recommendations alongside revenue management teams, and collaborate with the core team to inform the product roadmap.
A successful candidate is a pragmatic engineer who enjoys full-lifecycle software development, handles ambiguity well, and communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role suits someone who wants meaningful ownership over production systems and the opportunity to influence product architecture.
