Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Direct a hands-on team consisting of experienced data operators and interns gathering high-quality data for cognitive robotics.
Manage daily operations on the factory floor by structuring processes and maintaining documentation and project execution standards.
Track key performance indicators to refine shift schedules, eliminate operational blockers, and improve data production efficiency.
Coordinate structured team meetings to encourage knowledge sharing and operational awareness.

Act as a primary contact for leadership and project stakeholders while staffing appropriate data operator talent for collection campaigns.

Requirements

Degree in mechatronics, engineering, robotics, computer science, business, or a related discipline.
Background in leading teams within a production setting.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Capacity to coordinate multiple priorities and teams within a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills combined with structured problem-solving methods.
Comfort with technical concepts even without direct development involvement.
Fluent English proficiency.
