Neura Robotics GmbH seeks a Teamlead Physical AI Data Operations - RoboGym for its facility in Aachen. The function centers on optimizing daily shop floor workflows, monitoring key performance indicators, and coordinating talent deployment for data collection initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Direct a practical team consisting of experienced data operators and interns focused on data collection and cognitive robotics.
Manage daily shop floor operations by organizing workflows, enhancing data and process standards, and improving documentation.
Track key performance indicators to maximize production efficiency, adjust shift schedules, and resolve operational blockers.
Facilitate team communication by running structured daily meetings for knowledge sharing and issue resolution.
Participate in hiring activities, which include candidate evaluations and interviews.
Serve as the primary contact point for leadership and project stakeholders.
Assign appropriate data operator talent to specific data collection campaigns in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand robotics and AI development challenges and translate insights into recruitment and skill strategies.

Requirements

Hold a degree in Mechatronics, Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
Bring previous experience leading teams within a production setting.
Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Possess the capability to handle multiple priorities across various teams in a dynamic setting.
Show strong organizational skills paired with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Maintain comfort handling technical concepts without direct involvement in software development.
Demonstrate fluency in English.
