The daily scope involves acting as the system administrator for talent acquisition technology platforms, leveraging automation, and collaborating with analytics partners to establish key performance metrics. What you will do
- Define and execute strategic talent acquisition operations roadmaps to streamline recruitment workflows and scale operations.
- Act as the strategic partner and system administrator for recruitment technology platforms like Greenhouse, Gem, and ServiceNow.
- Leverage automation and artificial intelligence solutions to scale service delivery across the recruiting organization.
- Collaborate with People Analytics to establish key talent acquisition metrics, derive insights from data, and maintain system data integrity.
- Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of new operational tools and processes.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure proper tool adoption and continuous improvement among recruiting teams.
What you need
- Bring six years of professional experience in recruiting operations, human resources program management, or related operational fields within a fast-paced technology sector.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of leading end-to-end recruitment programs, system implementations, and process optimization initiatives at scale.
- Possess deep functional expertise in enterprise applicant tracking system administration, specifically Greenhouse, along with ticketing platforms like ServiceNow and sourcing CRM tools.
- Display strong analytical capabilities to evaluate recruiting health, synthesize information using advanced spreadsheets or visualization tools, and influence executive stakeholders.
- Apply strong business acumen and critical thinking skills to solve complex operational challenges.

What is the salary range for this position?
The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is $159,000 to $196,000 USD, with actual starting pay based on job-related factors including experience, location, training, education, and skill level.

The person in this role serves as the administrator for enterprise ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, ticketing systems like ServiceNow, and sourcing CRM tools like Gem.
