Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and projects by collaborating with leading artificial intelligence organizations to drive revenue and build advanced data solutions.
Lead and coordinate specialized contributor teams across multiple domains, including software engineering, law, and finance, to scale high-quality output.
Design and shape dataset specifications that impact how foundation models are evaluated, trained, and improved.
Own high-impact projects end-to-end from initial scoping and execution to iteration and final shipping.
Support various operational initiatives across multiple business functions, participating in building, analyzing, coordinating, and executing tasks.

Requirements

Minimum of two years of experience in a top-tier client-facing capacity such as consulting, investment banking, or private equity, or background as an ex-founder or professional in the human-data industry.
High agency, strong work ethic, high drive, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations with minimal direction.
Genuine passion for artificial intelligence, an interest in entrepreneurship, and enjoyment in experimenting with emerging tools.
Competitive drive with a track record of demonstrated past success.
Strong leadership abilities paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preference for fast-moving environments that require a bias for action and careful attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Technical abilities in coding, scripting, or data handling.
Experience using artificial intelligence tools to build products, conduct research, or automate workflows.
Experience working with Claude Code.
