Key Responsibilities

Identify, scope, and lead large technical projects to build performant, reliable, and customizable core products
Design, develop, and own product functionality and infrastructure using TypeScript, React, and Node.js
Balance business priorities, user experience, and technical foundations in architectural decisions
Establish technical direction for privacy and AI governance across multiple teams
Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members to support regional growth
Mentor engineers and set high standards for engineering culture and excellence

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of professional software engineering experience
Background serving as a technical lead for large projects lasting six months or longer, including roadmap definition across multiple teams
Track record of setting technical direction or building shared infrastructure and platform decisions
Experience building SaaS products for startup and enterprise users
Background in startup environments or workplaces prioritizing a bias for action
History of elevating engineering teams through mentorship
