Key Responsibilities

Define and deliver critical capabilities to expand the carrier network while rigorously mitigating risks such as fraud and suboptimal performance.
Establish product vision and strategy, identifying both short-term milestones and long-term roadmap initiatives.
Translate user needs and business opportunities into clear product requirements and desired outcomes.
Leverage AI tools throughout the research, prototyping, and build phases to ensure high-quality experiences.
Lead cross-functional teams comprising engineers, product designers, data scientists, marketing, and operations professionals.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and internal metrics to prioritize high-ROI opportunities and guide product decisions.
Communicate product plans, tradeoffs, and results clearly to executive leadership and external partners.

Requirements

Minimum of 8+ years of professional Product Management experience developing and scaling world-class products.
Strong curiosity regarding marketplace or network development and artificial intelligence advancements within the logistics sector.
Data-first approach to problem-solving, including the ability to utilize SQL and AI research strategies to independently pull data and insights.
Strong customer empathy, paired with the ability to combine user research with analytical data to prioritize product roadmaps.

Nice to Have

Prior experience developing machine learning models.
Direct experience utilizing marketplace experimentation methods.
Advanced data analytical skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present to and push back on executive leadership.

Salary and Benefits

Annual salary range of $176,000.00 to $215,000.00 per year for Chicago-based employees.
