Role Overview

The professional selected will own the end-to-end model lifecycle, connect advanced algorithms to core business metrics, and collaborate closely with product and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Define long-term technical roadmaps for growth and engagement machine learning systems to ensure reliability and scalability.
Architect production-grade machine learning pipelines and real-time decisioning systems supporting personalization, notifications, and onboarding.
Design and train models targeting user lifecycle stages such as churn propensity, lifetime value forecasting, and recommendation engines.
Establish experimentation frameworks using advanced testing and causal inference to validate production models.
Mentor senior engineers across data and machine learning organizations while advocating for best practices.

Requirements

Eight plus years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, software engineering, or data science.
Three plus years serving in a technical lead, principal, or staff capacity.
Demonstrated history of building and scaling machine learning systems in growth, recommendation, or consumer engagement domains.
Extensive background in large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Scala, or Java, alongside machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or XGBoost.
