Responsibilities include investigating data and performance issues, building dashboards, and establishing causal links between actions and business outcomes using experimentation.

What you will do
- Build scalable frameworks that connect business data into easily interpretable outputs.
- Investigate and resolve data and performance issues proactively across the organization.
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and automations to scale analytics company-wide.
- Establish causal links between actions and outcomes through experimentation and related methods.
- Bridge quantitative data insights with strategic priorities for different business areas.
- Promote best practices, consistent terminology, and robust documentation within analytics and beyond.
What you need
- Bring at least five years of experience using analytical and statistical methods to drive critical business outcomes.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or another related field.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly into simple business vernacular.
- Demonstrate success in driving business strategy and outcomes from an analytics perspective.
- Possess advanced experience with SQL and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Mode, or Looker.
- Have working experience with ETL processes, specifically utilizing dbt and Snowflake.
