Role Overview

The position requires working on-site four days a week at the company headquarters in Sunnyvale, California. The person in this role will own and evolve the technology architecture, integrations, and technical capabilities supporting global marketing operations. Responsibilities include deploying artificial intelligence tools, managing platform connections, and partnering across departments to drive pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the architecture, integrations, and technical capabilities of the marketing technology ecosystem.
Define the marketing technology roadmap by identifying areas where artificial intelligence, automation, and architectural updates can improve performance.
Build integrations, workflows, and automations to connect systems and enhance execution.
Identify and implement artificial intelligence-powered workflows, agents, and automation to boost productivity and customer engagement.
Prototype and test new technologies quickly, scaling successful ideas to generate business value.
Improve lead and account processes covering segmentation, scoring, routing, enrichment, and intent.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, IT, and Data teams to convert business needs into technical solutions.
Oversee contractors and technical resources as required.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of professional experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, marketing automation, revenue operations, or a related technical function.
Hands-on expertise with marketing automation and customer relationship management platforms, specifically Marketo and Salesforce.
Familiarity with tools such as 6sense and Qualified.
Background in designing system architecture, integrations, and automated solutions across multiple platforms.
Practical knowledge of application programming interfaces, webhooks, data flows, and system integrations.
Experience applying generative artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence agents, prompt engineering, or intelligent automation.
Strong technical problem-solving capabilities to translate ambiguous business requirements into functional solutions.

Nice to Have

Working knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, HTML, or comparable technologies.
