Sr. AI Strategy and Operations Analyst

What you will do
- Define and execute comprehensive AI adoption roadmaps across various business functions.
- Partner with finance, legal, and HR teams to identify high-value opportunities for automation and workflow improvement.
- Operate an internal AI skills and automation program by managing user onboarding, security reviews, and quality tracking.
- Coordinate secure integrations between AI tools, enterprise systems, data platforms, and third-party services.
- Translate complex operational business processes into reusable AI capabilities for data reconciliation and scripting assistance.
- Establish clear documentation for dashboards, metrics, data sources, and calculation logic.
- Define and track success metrics covering adoption rates, quality, time savings, reliability, and risk reduction.
What you need
- Have three to six years of relevant experience in business operations, strategy, data, automation, engineering, or consulting.
- Demonstrate experience independently driving cross-functional technology or AI initiatives from conception to implementation.
- Possess a strong working knowledge of Python and SQL alongside comfort working with APIs, databases, and Git-based workflows.
- Show familiarity with major LLM-based tools and platforms, with preference given to building agentic systems or reusable workflows.
- Bring the ability to establish lightweight governance and security controls without unnecessarily slowing down organizational adoption.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to work effectively with senior stakeholders as well as technical and non-technical teams.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Familiarity with AI governance, data classification, security reviews, and model evaluation
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology company or similarly high-ownership environment

What is the compensation range for this role?
The Canada base pay range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 CAD. The total compensation package is commensurate with experience and may include equity and other forms of incentive compensation.
