  • Utilize AI tooling throughout the development lifecycle and hold AI-assisted work to high standards.
  • Own the operation of APIs and services by embracing site reliability engineering culture and measuring performance.
  • Participate in a rapid response on-call rotation to support internal and external services.

What you need

  • Have at least 4 years of experience in software development within a production environment working with Python, Java, and/or Go.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Geosciences, or possess equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of software engineering best practices and development methodologies.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and engineering design proposals.
  • Bring familiarity with major cloud platforms such as Google Cloud or AWS.
  • Possess experience working with diverse data storage systems, Docker containers, Git, and deploying to Kubernetes.
