Role Overview

The Software Engineer for Data Insights joins a dynamic engineering department to help transform higher education globally. The professional in this role will build platforms that let professors and students interact seamlessly during lectures. Key Responsibilities

Lead the full software development lifecycle from discovery and planning to development and release.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering peers within a cross-functional scrum team.
Propose bold ideas and experiment with modern solutions to enhance both technology and product design.
Build features utilizing new artificial intelligence technology to improve daily building and operating processes.
Resolve bugs, tackle individual tickets, and ensure the continuous improvement of developed products.

Requirements

Three or more years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Front-end proficiency, ideally with React.
Back-end experience using frameworks like Django, FastAPI, or comparable technologies.
Proactive problem-solving abilities with the capacity to navigate ambiguity and align with stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
A commitment to writing reliable, tested code and taking full ownership of work quality.
