What you will do
- Lead technical discovery sessions to architect, prototype, and build custom AI solutions that address nuanced operational challenges for strategic customers.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of high-stakes Proof-of-Value projects, delivering secure and scalable LLM or agent systems.
- Demonstrate business impact and secure technical buy-in by presenting visionary AI transformation narratives to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate closely with strategic accounts to ensure programmatic value realization and adoption thresholds are met.
- Codify domain-specific E2E solutions into reusable methodology and globally scalable assets to accelerate time-to-value.
- Mentor junior peers and act as a trusted advisor on enterprise architecture and product positioning.
What you need
- Demonstrate at least five years of experience in executive-facing presales or value engineering, independently owning the technical close.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of core operational workflows and industry landscapes such as supply chain or finance.
- Show proficiency in Python, modular API design, advanced SQL, and scalable data integration using modern ML and AI frameworks.
- Maintain native-level or near-native German language skills (C1/C2) to facilitate workshops and present to executive stakeholders.
- Bring strong presentation skills suitable for whiteboarding sessions, formal readouts, and software demonstrations.
