Role Overview

The professional will drive operational excellence, mentor team members, and integrate modern artificial intelligence tools into the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain secure, high-performance backend services utilizing Java and Spring Boot.

Manage AWS infrastructure for SaaS applications through Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Salt.

Create and scale microservices, event-driven systems, and RESTful APIs.

Utilize AI-assisted development platforms to speed up coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.

Ensure system reliability and observability through monitoring, performance tuning, and incident response.

Guide team members via technical mentorship, code reviews, and architectural discussions.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise application development.

Practical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native backend systems.

Hands-on background with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform and Salt.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.

Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with modern frontend development methodologies.

Experience creating AI-enabled applications, automation workflows, and agents.
