Role Overview

Personnel in this position maintain ownership of solutions from initial experimentation through production deployment, encompassing monitoring, operational runbooks, and reliability planning.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain an internal skills marketplace and distribution platform for artificial intelligence tools across the engineering organization.
Develop best practices and guidance for authoring agent skills, including remediation agents.
Collaborate directly with industry vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, and GitHub on pre-market, early-access technology.
Manage systems end-to-end through production, including monitoring, operational runbooks, and rollback procedures.

Requirements

Bring hands-on software engineering experience, with a background in C#, .NET, and AWS considered ideal.
Demonstrate a history of building internal tools or platforms utilized by other engineers.
Show strong production discipline through monitoring setup, runbook creation, and rollback planning prior to launch.
Possess clear communication skills to articulate ideas and guide technical decisions.
Maintain curiosity about coding agents, AI-native tools, and the direction of artificial intelligence engineering.
Ability to challenge decisions respectfully and acquire new knowledge in a structured, quality-focused manner.
