Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Build and deploy features powered by large language models into regulated production environments with proper guardrails and evaluations.
Integrate software with healthcare workflows, including pharmacy operations, prior authorization logic, and Epic systems.
Own full-feature architectures, managing everything from APIs and state to data models and system rollouts.
Monitor the health, metrics, error logs, and user feedback of assigned feature areas.

Requirements

Experience shipping production systems with the ability to discuss architectural choices, tradeoffs, and lessons learned.
Comfort working with undefined paths and loose requirements.
Strong product instinct to question unclear specifications and prevent regressions.
Active, habitual use of artificial intelligence tools in daily workflows.
