Role Overview

The Senior Salesforce Administrator (GTM Systems) position operates within the Revenue Operations team at Medely. The incumbent takes charge of the day-to-day administration and continued architecture of Salesforce alongside key tools like LeanData and Salesloft. Operating in a fully remote environment, this role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to build scalable solutions and maintain clean data structures.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Salesforce administration, including security settings, advanced declarative automation, and user roles.
Maintain customer and funnel metrics by establishing a documented data dictionary and enforcing data hygiene at the point of entry.
Operate lead and account routing end-to-end to ensure high automation accuracy and monitor deal progression.
Oversee third-party integrations, API configurations, and middleware across sales engagement, billing, and support tools.
Build advanced reports, executive-level views, and dashboards across multiple company verticals.
Triage inbound requests, determine in-house builds versus external partner routing, and apply LLM-assisted workflows.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of experience in Business Systems, RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or a related technical operations function.
Deep Salesforce data fluency, including proficiency with SOQL, cross-object formulas, and the CRM object model.
Proven integration ownership connecting Salesforce with at least one adjacent platform.
Experience with cross-system diagnostic investigations and governance discipline regarding documentation and change control.
Ability to work under ambiguity and translate open-ended business inquiries into working systems.

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with LeanData for routing and matching.
Capability to support light development tasks such as Apex triggers and troubleshooting code.
Exposure to data warehouses or lakes like Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
Production familiarity with Large Language Models for classification, extraction, and prompt chaining.
Background in consulting, agency environments, or early-stage startups.
