The role exists to drive architectural decisions and improve the overall developer experience within the frontend engineering team.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Design and implement scalable and reusable frontend solutions.
- Build user-friendly and maintainable interfaces for applications.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to frontend architecture and technical decision-making.
- Ensure application quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
- Improve development processes, code quality, and overall developer experience.
What you need
- Possess strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript is required.
- Must have practical experience utilizing AI-powered assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor to enhance productivity or decision-making.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with the latest React version and the React Compiler.
- Experience working with modern tooling including NX, pnpm, and Vite is necessary.
- Should have strong knowledge of UI libraries like MUI and Emotion, along with experience building components with Storybook.
- Practical experience with state management solutions like React Hook Form, Zod or Superstruct, TanStack Query, and Zustand is required.
- Strong testing experience using Vitest, Testing Library, and Playwright is essential.
- Familiarity with frontend development standards such as ESLint, Prettier, Husky, Commitizen, and Commitlint is expected.
