Key Responsibilities

Take full end-to-end ownership of a core area of the Maia product by identifying critical problems, prioritizing ruthlessly, and driving measurable impact.
Establish high standards for agentic behavior by creating evaluations to measure performance and closely inspecting outputs.
Uncover deep user insights by analyzing data team workflows and identifying friction points to build trust.
Engage with technical concepts at the frontier of the stack, partnering with engineering to discuss models, context, orchestration, and tools like MCP.
Utilize AI tools actively within daily workflows for research, synthesis, prototyping, and analysis to accelerate delivery without losing quality.
Foster cross-functional alignment by collaborating with engineering, design, and GTM teams while presenting roadmaps clearly to stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

Proven ability to operate with startup speed while maintaining disciplined scaling practices.
Strong product instinct with the capability to dive deep into difficult problems and own solutions from start to finish.
Deep understanding of what constitutes an exceptional agentic product experience.
Skill in making tough trade-offs with incomplete data and defining clear success metrics prior to building.
