Role Overview

Archy is looking for a strategic product manager to take ownership of the clinical products portfolio that powers patient care in modern dental practices. The role involves transforming outdated dental software into a unified clinical workspace featuring fast charting, treatment planning, native imaging, and AI-driven clinical documentation. This growth-stage opportunity allows the right candidate to define the product vision, guide cross-functional teams, and leverage cutting-edge technology to simplify practice management.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the complete product vision, strategy, and roadmap for clinical products, including charting, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and imaging.
Lead cross-functional execution by working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to drive clear alignment and make decisive tradeoffs.
Conduct direct research with dentists, hygienists, and assistants to understand daily clinical workflows and pain points.
Collaborate with go-to-market teams to successfully launch and market new product capabilities to current and prospective customers.
Establish robust product analytics and success metrics to evaluate impact, track friction points, and guide ongoing improvements.
Partner with regulatory affairs specialists to ensure clinical software adheres to necessary compliance and security standards, including FDA and HIPAA.
Integrate advanced AI capabilities, ranging from voice tools to diagnostics, directly into the product ecosystem.
Maintain clear technical documentation and effectively communicate product requirements, milestones, and strategy to company leadership.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of product management experience.
At least 2 years of experience working at a fast-growing startup, preferably building B2B software utilized for core daily professional work.
Demonstrated experience successfully shipping AI or machine learning features to production environments.
Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and translate ambiguous problems into impactful products across engineering, design, and GTM teams.
Strong technical curiosity and analytical proficiency, utilizing analytics tools and AI to drive measurable business outcomes.
Exceptional communication skills, high adaptability, and an absolute ownership mindset suited for a fast-paced setting.

Nice to Have

Experience working with healthcare products, clinical products, or software that integrates with hardware.
Experience with voice or speech AI, computer vision, or medical imaging technologies.
A dental or clinical background, or a deep curiosity about modern clinical technologies.
