Role Overview

A Place for Mom is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead AI copilot and conversation intelligence initiatives for advisor communications. Operating remotely across the US, the position owns communication channels including phone, SMS, and chat, alongside real-time transcripts, coaching tools, and follow-up nurture strategies. The role requires partnering across Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, Sales Operations, and Compliance to improve connection rates, advisor efficiency, and move-in rates.

Key Responsibilities

Own telephony systems and advisor-to-family communication channels including outbound and inbound calling, SMS, advisor chat, and follow-up email.
Lead product strategy for channel selection and manage the evaluation, migration, and stability of a next-generation contact center platform.
Define the product contract for live transcripts to support real-time coaching, call scoring, care profiles, and advisor summaries.
Build real-time, in-app coaching and insights for advisors alongside call scoring and coaching dashboards for sales managers.
Establish follow-up and nurture models, defining lead routing, prioritization, outreach cadence, and live transfer mechanisms.
Integrate compliance requirements, such as do-not-call and consent preferences, directly into communication channels.
Define metrics, baselines, and targets for connection rates, advisor behaviors, and move-in rates while running experiments and learning agendas.

Requirements

Possess 5 to 8+ years of product management experience shipping real-time, conversational, or communications products like contact centers, telephony, messaging, or voice.
Demonstrate an AI-native working style, utilizing LLMs and agents daily for research, prototyping, and analysis.
Apply LLMs directly to real data sources for analysis at scale and define signal extraction protocols.
Exhibit technical fluency at the architecture level across APIs, event streams, data models, identity resolution, and real-time transcription pipelines.
Write clear requirements, execute experiments, collaborate closely with engineering, and manage end-to-end delivery.
Align sales leadership, operations, compliance, and engineering around a shared product roadmap.

Nice to Have

Experience with contact center platform migrations.
Background in speech and transcription technology, conversation intelligence, or call scoring.
Familiarity with TCPA or do-not-call compliance regulations.
Experience in marketplace or health-adjacent domains.
