Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager oversees the builder experience for a product-led growth platform in a remote setting. The position operates as an individual contributor reporting to the Vice President of Product Management, collaborating closely with a dedicated engineering pod and shared design professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the product strategy and roadmap for the builder experience through all phases from discovery to delivery
Conduct direct customer interviews to uncover pain points and translate findings into product requirements, roadmaps, and proofs of concept
Apply artificial intelligence to locate friction points within customer funnels and convert those insights into effective guidance
Collaborate alongside a dedicated engineering pod and shared design staff to ship and refine solutions
Establish success metrics and evaluate the impact of shipped features

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management experience involving B2B SaaS software
Professional background managing AI-embedded products
Working knowledge of evals, datasets, and collaboration with AI models
Technical capability to use Git and Claude Code while resolving basic user experience issues independently
Deep AI fluency, utilizing large language models and agents as force multipliers for prototypes and requirements
Ability to navigate ambiguity from a blank page with a strong bias for action
Clear written and verbal communication abilities

Nice to Have

Background in traditional machine learning, covering test and training data, evals, and model selection judgment
Understanding of the SaaS product-led growth customer journey
Product leadership experience with MCPs, APIs, or SDKs
Creative mindset and enjoyment of complex problem-solving
History of launching ambitious products that achieved distribution or commercial success
Personal experience building or vibe-coding projects for work or leisure
Formal education in computer science, business, or a related field
