Role Overview

As a Senior Platform Engineer, the focus is on maintaining the reliability, security, and scalability of global production systems. This hands-on position involves executing critical infrastructure operations, creating robust automation to remove manual tasks, and collaborating with engineering teams to design resilient systems.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and operate production blockchain infrastructure like validators, indexers, and RPC services.
Deliver high availability and strong performance for AI-powered developer platforms and internal tools.
Design and maintain dashboards, monitoring systems, and alerts for application, protocol, and infrastructure health.
Develop clean automation and infrastructure code to enhance reliability and eliminate repetitive toil.
Engage in on-call rotations, handle incident responses, and conduct post-incident evaluations.
Work alongside engineering squads to integrate security, scalability, and reliability into every system design.
Enhance Kubernetes stability across cloud platforms and bare-metal setups.
Streamline and optimize deployment, recovery, and rollback procedures.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of professional background in Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
Solid software engineering background with practical production experience in Python and/or Go.
Extensive expertise in managing Linux systems within active production environments.
Demonstrated success running Kubernetes at scale across high-availability settings.
Background supporting distributed systems that demand strict uptime standards.
Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced startup environments with shifting priorities.
Robust security mindset, particularly regarding infrastructure situated on public networks.
Superior collaboration and communication abilities.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with AI-driven infrastructure, developer tools, or observability platforms.
Previous background running blockchain nodes or validator architectures.
Knowledge of EVM clients or Cosmos-based chains.
Experience applying GitOps, DevSecOps, or DevOps methodologies.
Contributions to open-source software initiatives.
