Role Overview
Archive Home is seeking a Senior Manager, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to own the strategy for engaging target brand partners across the United States. This remote position suits an experienced marketing professional who excels at precision, brand craft, and building scalable ABM systems for a finite universe of named accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Carry and forecast the account-based marketing target, tracking meetings held and opportunities created across a named account list of approximately 300 target brands.
Manage account universe segmentation, delivering 1:1 orchestration for priority accounts, 1:few cluster plays for mid-tier accounts, and structured sequencing for the long tail in close coordination with sales.
Monitor buying signals at both the account and individual stakeholder levels, such as executive job changes, public commentary, or competitor contract renewals.
Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns spanning email, LinkedIn, paid social, direct mail, events, and warm introductions around specific stakeholder signals.
Write and direct AI tools to generate, edit, and approve outreach copy, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand voice.
Design systematic workflows integrating account research, signal detection, data enrichment, sequencing, CRM management, and attribution modeling with RevOps.
Deploy paid social media and LinkedIn advertising as targeted air cover for specific accounts rather than broad audience generation.
Build and execute AI-driven workflows for signal monitoring, research, and content generation.
Partner directly with sales team members to align account strategy, touchpoint quality, and momentum.
Utilize secondary market intelligence to deliver personalized, account-level insights regarding retail price realization and unit volume.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in ABM, demand generation, growth marketing, or outbound strategy within B2B environments featuring multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Proven direct ABM experience running account-level campaigns, including buying committee mapping and multi-channel sequencing.
Ability to construct and communicate commercial and financial arguments tailored to economic buyers like CFOs and CMOs.
Strong belief in the commercial case for secondhand retail and sustainability.
Exceptional writing capabilities with a track record of crafting high-converting outreach.
Systems-level thinking with the ability to design end-to-end ABM engines.
AI-native mindset with demonstrable experience building workflows using AI tooling for signal detection, research, or content generation.
Relentless and creative approach to discovering unconventional entry angles into target accounts.
Strong execution skills to independently own strategy and building processes without a supporting team.
Organizational abilities to coordinate sales representatives and maintain momentum across multiple account plays.
Familiarity with modern GTM and ABM technology stacks, including tools like Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Gong, and HubSpot.
Data literacy capable of owning a numeric target and reporting account-level progress.

Experience incorporating intent-data or signal-monitoring platforms into an ABM motion.
