As a Senior or Lead AI Deployment Engineer based in Amsterdam, you will serve as the backbone of customer delivery by managing hands-on implementations. Rather than building everything manually, you will use AI deployment agents like Apollo to generate data models, process analyses, and operational solutions while applying your own judgment to validate outputs and align them with client context.

What you will do
- Conduct business discovery workshops to translate strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases.
- Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards while writing clear specifications.
- Ensure data connectivity and extraction pipelines are properly configured in collaboration with specialist resources.
- Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and alignment with customer context.
- Lead value creation workshops and define measures to improve process inefficiencies for enterprise clients.
- Enable key customer users to utilize and extend the solution independently to foster long-term adoption.
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in specific process domains or industry verticals to create scalable solution patterns.
What you need
- Bring four to seven plus years of experience in management, IT, data, solution, or process improvement consulting.
- Demonstrate platform skills with the ability to build and configure solutions including data modeling and process analysis.
- Show proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python languages.
- Display comfort working with AI-assisted development tools, writing clear specifications, and evaluating outputs.
- Possess a strong understanding of enterprise business processes and financial metrics.
- Exhibit consulting skills with the ability to lead customer workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Demonstrate fluency in the English language.
