Role Overview

The Senior Full-Stack Engineer — AI & Automation position at unicornpro involves building internal products, managing API integrations, and scaling AI-powered workflows. Unicorn Pro operates as a performance marketing agency focused on mainstream dating products in Tier 1 markets and the US. Key Responsibilities

Build and refine internal tools and products by gathering requirements from marketing and analytics teams and implementing approved solutions.

Manage and expand API integrations, data pipelines, SQL queries, and reporting while ensuring data accuracy.

Develop existing applications and landing page infrastructure through controlled releases and verified updates.

Implement LLM functions where justified, monitor response quality, and manage operational costs.

Maintain documentation, test suites, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve recurring challenges systematically.

Requirements

4+ years of full-stack development experience utilizing TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and React or Next.js, along with production systems experience.

Strong foundation in system design, clean code practices, SQL data modeling, query optimization, authorization, pagination, rate limits, and retries.

Demonstrated everyday use of AI tools, custom AI workflows, and practical experience handling LLM APIs in production environments.

Full delivery lifecycle experience using Git, GitHub, CI/CD, secure secret management, monitoring, logging, and rollback procedures.

High autonomy, product ownership, strong analytical skills, and fluency in the Ukrainian language.

Nice to Have

Cloudflare stack experience including Workers, Pages, D1, KV, R2, Queues, and Wrangler or GitHub deployments.

BigQuery, analytical pipelines, Looker, n8n, and marketing API integrations like Facebook Marketing or Google Ads APIs.

Background in ad-tech, affiliate marketing, or lead generation.

Familiarity with MCP, RAG, Agent SDK, and multi-agent systems.

Technical education background, independent product creation, or open-source contributions.
