What you will do
- Architect and implement AI agents and intelligent workflows that transform complex, multi-step business processes to deliver quantifiable outcomes.
- Partner with business leaders across departments to identify high-impact AI opportunities aligned with organizational objectives.
- Elicit requirements from diverse stakeholders and translate complex business problems into technical solutions with clear business cases and ROI.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI solutions that best fit organizational needs while ensuring optimal user experience and AI-first design.
- Monitor and measure the performance of AI workflows using data-driven insights to demonstrate value and drive continuous improvement.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and enablement materials to help teams understand and adopt agentic solutions.
- Build a community of practice around AI and intelligent agents while sharing knowledge through tech talks and establishing best practices.
What you need
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with integration and automation platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Zapier.
- Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying integrations and automated workflows that deliver measurable business value.
- Deep understanding of how LLMs work, AI assistants, AI agents, agentic workflows, and prompt and context engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience with RAG, vector databases, MCP, and agent frameworks like LangChain or LangSmith.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Demonstrated experience implementing integrations across multiple enterprise SaaS platforms like Workday, Salesforce, and Oracle.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts and influence without authority.

What is the expected salary range for this position?
The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $129,000 to CAD $161,250, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus, or benefits. Salary ranges depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
