Role Overview

Foxit is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, technical teams, and data operations in Dublin. This role involves improving applications, workflows, and integrations that drive global operations, while taking ownership of application administration and operational support. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to scale, optimize, and support enterprise applications and workflows.
Gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, workflows, and actionable delivery plans.
Support operational dependencies, APIs, systems integrations, and workflow automations across platforms.
Work alongside Data Engineering and Analytics teams to address reporting needs, data quality, and downstream analytics.
Lead testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, deployment validation, and post-release stabilization.
Create and maintain operational runbooks, process documentation, and system documentation.
Identify and implement opportunities for process standardization, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
Assume ownership of application administration and operational duties across the team's platforms.

Requirements

Five or more years of professional experience in Business Systems Analysis, Application Support, Business Process Improvement, or related fields.
Demonstrated background supporting business systems and enterprise SaaS applications.
Practical experience handling systems integrations, workflow automation, and APIs.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.
Excellent ability to transform business requirements into technical requirements and practical solutions.
Strong problem-solving, testing, documentation, and process-improvement capabilities.
An AI-forward mindset with an interest in applying emerging technology to enhance operations.

Nice to Have

Background working with enterprise platforms or technologies including CRM, ERP, CPQ, marketing automation, or document workflow tools.
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, DealHub, NetSuite, and Databricks.
Experience with integration middleware and iPaaS.
Knowledge of AI-enabled enterprise applications, copilots, and automation capabilities.
