What you will do
- Lead technical discovery sessions to diagnose complex customer strategies, operational challenges, and domain-specific pain points.
- Architect and prototype bespoke, state-of-the-art AI solutions on the Celonis platform for strategic global accounts.
- Execute high-stakes Proof-of-Value projects by delivering secure, scalable LLM and agent systems with advanced RAG, tool use, and strict guardrails.
- Demonstrate technical and business impact to C-suite executives through compelling transformation narratives and ROI modeling.
- Ensure programmatic value realization and adoption thresholds are achieved through active, ongoing advisory engagement.
- Codify domain expertise and cross-system AI solutions into reusable methodologies and globally scalable assets.
- Mentor junior peers and accelerate time-to-value by sharing advanced architecture and high-tech industry specialization.
What you need
- Demonstrate at least five years of experience in executive-facing presales and value engineering, independently owning the technical close.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of core operational workflows and high-tech industry landscapes to communicate effectively with C-suite executives.
- Demonstrate advanced architectural mastery of LLM orchestration, tool use, function calling, RAG, agents, and prompt engineering.
- Apply practical, expert-level knowledge of optimization, rigorous statistical analysis, reinforcement learning, and advanced predictive forecasting.
- Bring extensive experience designing deployment architectures for production-grade AI across cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Show proficiency in Python, modular API design, advanced SQL, and scalable data integration using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Prove the ability to architect secure enterprise cloud environments adhering to strict IAM protocols, data governance, and privacy laws.
