What you will do
- Lead technical discovery sessions to architect, prototype, and build bespoke artificial intelligence solutions targeting nuanced enterprise operational pain points.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of high-stakes proof-of-value projects for strategic global accounts.
- Deliver secure and scalable large language model and agent systems equipped with advanced retrieval-augmented generation, tools, and strict guardrails.
- Demonstrate business impact directly to C-suite executives through whiteboarding sessions, formal readouts, and software demonstrations.
- Ensure programmatic value realization and sustained adoption until agreed-upon operational transformations are achieved.
- Codify successful project work into reusable methodology and globally scalable assets to accelerate time-to-value for future deployments.
- Mentor junior peers while acting as a trusted advisor and product positioning expert across accounts.
What you need
- Demonstrate at least five years of experience in executive-facing presales and value engineering, with a proven background in accountable proof-of-value execution and ROI or TCO modeling.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of core operational workflows and industry landscapes such as supply chain or finance.
- Bring strong software and data engineering capabilities, including Python proficiency, modular API design, advanced SQL, and scalable data integration using machine learning frameworks.
- Maintain native-level or near-native German language skills at C1 or C2 proficiency to confidently engage German-speaking customers and facilitate workshops.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders through strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Hold a Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or demonstrate equivalent professional work experience.
