Senior Analyst, GenAI Marketing (Bangkok Based, Relocation Provided)

The newly established Marketing AI Products team builds reliable, scalable internal products to automate and improve recurring workflows such as campaign operations, experiment analysis, and business reporting. Working as a hands-on analyst and product builder, this person will identify high-value use cases, write product requirements, and build prototypes using SQL, Python, and generative AI technologies.
The role exists to transition successful bottom-up AI initiatives into robust, company-wide tools that save time and enhance decision-making across marketing sub-teams. Success requires partnering closely with developers and marketing stakeholders from prototype development through deployment, evaluation, and adoption. Candidates who combine strong technical capabilities in data querying and scripting with practical product thinking will find ample opportunity to shape the organization's internal AI ecosystem.
What you will do
- Identify recurring marketing workflows where artificial intelligence can materially improve speed, quality, or scalability.
- Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, user journeys, and measurable success criteria.
- Build and test functional prototypes using SQL, Python, automation tools, and generative AI technologies.
- Partner with developers and technology teams to turn successful prototypes into reliable internal products.
- Design evaluation frameworks covering output accuracy, reliability, usability, and safety.
- Drive rollout, documentation, training, and user adoption in partnership with sponsoring teams.
- Measure hours saved, turnaround time improvements, and downstream business impact for every deployed product.
What you need
- Four to six years of relevant experience in analytics, product analytics, marketing strategy, business operations, consulting, or product management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative, technical, or business discipline such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics, or finance.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working independently with large or complex datasets.
- Hands-on experience with Python, scripting, workflow automation, or similar technical tools.
- Experience defining hypotheses, designing experiments, and translating results into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience writing product requirements, managing a product backlog, or taking an internal product from prototype to scaled adoption.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, experimentation, SEO/AEO, campaign operations, or personalization.
- Experience establishing quality-assurance and monitoring processes for data or AI products.
- Experience deploying internal tools or working closely with software engineers on production systems.
