What you will do
- Act as the technical reference for the artificial intelligence security team by distributing deliverables, tracking progress, and conducting continuous technical mentoring.
- Drive artificial intelligence adoption across the organization with appropriate governance, security, and controls tailored to the banking environment.
- Implement and govern AI Gateway Security by defining access policies, logging, auditing, traceability, and inference cost controls.
- Promote the use and orchestration of artificial intelligence through n8n or similar tools to create reusable workflows and templates that accelerate automation.
- Support information security teams in implementing task automation platforms powered by artificial intelligence from discovery to production delivery.
- Establish security testing strategies for large language model applications covering prompt injection, jailbreaks, data leakage, and tool abuse using tools like Promptfoo.
- Define security quality gates for machine learning artifacts, supply chains, and continuous integration pipelines while ensuring regulatory compliance.
What you need
- Solid experience across core information security domains including governance, identity management, cloud security, and defensive cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated experience leading internal initiatives within security, technology, or fintech environments with a mandate for prioritization and continuous delivery.
- Hands-on expertise with artificial intelligence orchestration and workflow automation utilizing tools such as n8n, Make, LangGraph, or Temporal.
- Advanced proficiency in Python for automating analysis, building agents, integrating model APIs, and reviewing team code alongside knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Practical command of large language model capabilities, limitations, context windows, retrieval-augmented generation, function calling, prompt engineering, and evaluations.
- Experience building production agents, Model Context Protocol servers and clients, AI gateways, guardrails, and large language model firewalls.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial institutions or regulated environments such as banks, fintechs, or insurance companies
- Experience with artificial intelligence red teaming or participation in capture the flag events focused on large language models
- Security or cloud certifications such as OSCP, OSAI, CCSP, or AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Security
